Job Overview

The Program Manager position at Sproxil is a strategic and dynamic role that involves overseeing the development and implementation of programs aimed at combating counterfeiting and enhancing brand protection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that program objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute program plans, setting clear goals, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to identify business needs and develop effective solutions
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet program objectives
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
* Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high satisfaction levels
* Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results
* Work closely with the product development team to provide input on product enhancements and new feature development
* Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and programs, with a strong focus on results-driven delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and analysis
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and software
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required
