We are seeking a dynamic and organized Production & Programmes Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the effective delivery of BSN’s mission through meticulous planning and execution of production processes and programmatic activities.

Job Overview

The Production & Programmes Officer will be responsible for the coordination and execution of various production projects and programme initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting the dissemination of God’s Word.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production process for various BSN materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of BSN programmes and events.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for assigned production and programme activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and programmes.
• Provide administrative support for programme-related meetings and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Project Management, Business Administration).
• Proven experience in project coordination or programme management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
