Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the primary interface between Brit Cleanway Property and clients, managing daily reception activities and providing outstanding customer service. This role is essential in maintaining a professional image and ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle inquiries regarding properties and services
  • Process documentation and manage office correspondence
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the organization

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
