## Job Overview

Sika Nigeria is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and safe production of Sika’s diverse range of chemical products. ## Key Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Accurately measure and mix raw materials to precise specifications for product formulation.
* Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to Sika’s stringent quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
* Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
* Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
* Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
