Job Overview

The Process Control Artisan will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the automated systems that govern our brewing and packaging operations. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and problem-solving to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain all process control equipment, including sensors, actuators, and control logic.
  • Perform routine calibration, testing, and preventative maintenance on instrumentation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot control system malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibrations, and repairs.

    • Requirements

  • Technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
