## Job Overview
Myrtle Management Consultants is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Private Housekeeper/Nanny to manage a private residence and provide dedicated childcare. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly blend exceptional household management skills with attentive and nurturing childcare. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of maintaining a pristine living environment and ensuring the well-being and development of children with minimal direct supervision. This unique position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of a private household while fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for young family members.
## Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire private residence, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
* Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of clothing and linens.
* Undertake regular deep cleaning and seasonal tidying of the residence.
* Provide comprehensive childcare, including age-appropriate activities, meal preparation, and adherence to established routines.
* Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children, fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual development.
* Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparation as needed.
* Handle minor household errands and requests with efficiency and discretion.
## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Housekeeper and/or Nanny, with verifiable references.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a household to a high standard, including excellent cleaning and organizational skills.
* Experience in childcare, with a genuine love for children and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
* Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
* Exceptional discretion and a high level of privacy awareness.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and schedules.
