Job Overview

The Pharmacy Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe management of pharmaceutical supplies within MdM’s French operations. This position involves direct assistance to pharmacists and healthcare teams, ensuring that medication needs of our beneficiaries are met with accuracy and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in receiving, stocking, and dispensing medications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for all pharmaceutical products.
  • Prepare medication kits and supplies for medical missions and mobile clinics.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Support the pharmacist in administrative tasks related to pharmaceutical management.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding medication availability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting or healthcare support role is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in French.
