Job Overview
Lafabids Resources Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities, allowing our executive to focus on strategic initiatives. This position requires a discreet, reliable, and adaptable individual with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
* Conduct research on various topics as requested, compiling information and presenting findings in a concise and actionable format.
* Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation, and manage itineraries.
* Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including venue booking, catering, and attendee communication.
* Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, demonstrating discretion and efficiency.
* Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, effectively communicating with internal staff, external partners, and clients.
* Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
* Discretion and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
