Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team at Elevation Professionals, working remotely to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business, handling a wide range of tasks, from scheduling appointments to preparing reports. As a key member of our team, the Personal Assistant will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering organizations to reach new heights. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to our company’s data protection policies
* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place and executed flawlessly
* Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information and maintain organization
* Conduct research and gather data to support business development and strategic planning, analyzing information and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a management consultancy or publishing firm
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in using digital tools and software to manage schedules and communicate with team members
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to proofread and revise documents to a high standard
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
* Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices
