The People Operations and Administration Officer will serve as a key support function for our HR department, managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR filing systems
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Schedule meetings and maintain company calendars
- Organize training programs and staff development initiatives
- Maintain office facilities and equipment inventory
- Prepare HR reports and administrative correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws preferred
