Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Domeo Resources International in Nigeria. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the seamless delivery of our consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with DRI’s overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including human capital and financial resources.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Implement and maintain robust operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the consultancy or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR and management consultancy principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
