Job Overview

The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and administrative operations within the Kuala Lumpur office, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to company policies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage a wide range of HR and administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support employee relations and performance management initiatives.
  • Organize company events and manage travel arrangements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR/Admin Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office productivity software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
