Job Overview

The People/HR Intern will support the People Operations team in various administrative and programmatic functions. This role provides exposure to the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment support to employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team.
  • Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to appropriate resources.
