We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care and administrative operations within Medicaid Radiology Limited, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all individuals utilizing our advanced diagnostic services. This role requires a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the patient services team, providing guidance and fostering a patient-centric approach.
  • Develop and implement protocols to optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient registration, insurance verification, and billing procedures.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with medical and technical staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient services or a similar managerial role within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in managing front-desk operations, scheduling, and patient registration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare billing processes.
