Job Overview

The Patient Relationship Executive / Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the hospital, providing administrative support, and fostering excellent patient relationships. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Managing appointments and scheduling for doctors and consultants.
  • Handling patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Registering new patients and updating existing patient records accurately.
  • Coordinating patient flow to minimize wait times.
  • Processing payments and maintaining petty cash records.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Requirements
