Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.), and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Manage and allocate paid media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals within defined parameters.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in paid media to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
* Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future recommendations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or in a similar digital advertising role.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing profitable paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-informed decisions.
* Proficiency in using advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and bid management software.
