Job Overview

The Packaging Inspection and Coding Specialist will be responsible for the thorough inspection of all packaged products and the accurate application of coding information, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product integrity and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual and physical inspections of finished products to identify defects in packaging, labeling, and product fill levels.
  • Operate and maintain coding equipment, ensuring precise and legible date codes, batch numbers, and other required information are applied.
  • Monitor coding processes to prevent errors and ensure consistency across all production lines.
  • Document inspection results and coding data accurately for record-keeping and quality control purposes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address any identified quality or coding issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols within the production environment.

  • Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
