Job Overview

As Outlet/Depot Manager, you will oversee all operational activities at your assigned location, ensuring efficient inventory management, superior customer service, and sales performance. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, managing staff, and driving profitability while representing Berger Paints’ commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and inventory control
• Supervise and develop outlet staff performance
• Achieve sales targets and monitor financial performance
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Maintain proper stock rotation and storage conditions
• Generate sales reports and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain customer relationships within your territory

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years management experience in retail or distribution
• Strong financial acumen and sales-driven mindset
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
• National Diploma or HND preferred
