Job Overview

The Onboarding Operations Specialist – APAC will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and their employees within the APAC region. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of operational workflows, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new clients and their employees in the APAC region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Process new hire information accurately and efficiently within our HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and new hires to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any operational bottlenecks or issues that may arise during onboarding.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, HR, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding or employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and practices within the APAC region is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS or similar operational software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
