Job Overview

The Mental Health Support Worker will provide direct care and support to clients receiving treatment for mental health conditions, psychiatric disorders, and addiction issues. You will play a vital role in our therapeutic community, assisting with daily activities, monitoring client wellbeing, and facilitating participation in our range of evidence-based treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and care to clients in accordance with their treatment plans

Requirements

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in healthcare or support services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality
