As a Medical Officer at Euracare Multispecialist Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic test results.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with specialists, ensuring adherence to best medical practices.
* Provide primary medical care and manage acute and chronic illnesses across various specialties.
* Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate for your scope of practice.
* Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary team meetings, and continuing medical education programs.
* Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.

Requirements

* Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid practicing license.
* A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* Demonstrated experience in general medicine, with exposure to various medical and surgical specialties.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is an advantage.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care.
