Job Overview

The Management Trainee program at Carpa Healthcare is designed to cultivate future leaders through comprehensive training and practical experience across various functional areas of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments within key departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Assist in the development and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
