We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Nigeria. Job Overview

The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of ISN Medical’s IT operations in Nigeria. This includes managing hardware, software, networks, and data security, as well as developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect company data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all staff, resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee software development, implementation, and maintenance projects.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar senior IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
