Job Overview

The Admin Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Pharma Ethics’ administrative department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of office management, human resources, and financial administration to support our mission of delivering affordable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relations.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record management.
  • Assist with budget preparation and manage administrative expenses.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative management role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and administrative best practices is an advantage.
