Job Overview

The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all machinery and facilities at Stardom Lounge. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our operations, minimizing downtime, and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment and facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
  • Manage external contractors for specialized repair tasks.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
