Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our tender engineering function, managing end-to-end tender processes for complex projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage our global OEM partnerships to deliver compelling, competitive bids that align with our innovative service delivery approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation and submission processes for major contracts
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals and engineering solutions
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
• Manage tender timelines and documentation quality
• Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning
• Mentor junior engineering staff on tender procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in power, oil & gas, or industrial engineering
• Proven track record leading successful tender submissions
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
