Job Overview
Ardova Plc is at the forefront of petroleum product distribution in Nigeria, boasting an impressive network of over 450 retail outlets nationwide. Our strategic infrastructure includes substantial storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos, and Onne, Rivers State, enabling efficient procurement and distribution of petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Furthermore, our state-of-the-art oil blending plant is dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of a comprehensive range of high-quality lubricants. We are looking for talented professionals who are eager to contribute to our operational excellence and strategic growth within the dynamic energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute strategic plans for the procurement and distribution of petroleum products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our extensive network.
* Manage and optimize inventory levels across our storage facilities to meet market demand and minimize waste.
* Oversee the operations of our retail outlet network, ensuring adherence to safety standards, brand consistency, and exceptional customer service.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new business initiatives within the energy sector, focusing on market expansion and diversification.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and marketing, to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the handling and distribution of petroleum products.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Support the manufacturing and distribution processes for our range of quality lubricants, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of petroleum product distribution and retail operations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
