The Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative (WRAPA) Nigeria, a leading non-governmental organization, is dedicated to championing the recognition, respect, and accelerated enjoyment of women’s rights across Nigeria. Job Overview

WRAPA Nigeria is recruiting for various positions to support our programmatic and operational activities. Successful candidates will be instrumental in furthering our advocacy, program implementation, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project activities aligned with WRAPA’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on gender equality and women’s rights issues.
  • Engage in advocacy with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate program impact and outcomes.
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and fundraising efforts.
  • Provide support for community outreach and engagement.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in women’s rights or gender equality.
  • Strong understanding of human rights principles and Nigerian legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Relevant academic qualification in a related field.
