Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project proposals, plans, and budgets in line with Caritas Nigeria’s strategic objectives
* Collaborate with local partners, stakeholders, and communities to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of vulnerable populations
* Conduct needs assessments, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure program effectiveness and impact
* Provide technical support and capacity building to local partners and staff members to enhance program delivery
* Foster strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and resources
* Represent Caritas Nigeria in national and international forums, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and values
* Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
* Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as international development, social sciences, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a development or humanitarian organization
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
* Experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting
* Strong understanding of the Nigerian context, with knowledge of local cultures, languages, and customs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing circumstances
