## Job Overview

AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our remote team. ## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and maintain market leadership in the Day Old Chicks sector.
* Oversee and optimize hatchery operations to ensure the highest quality of Day Old Chicks, meeting stringent industry standards.
* Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes for feed, equipment, and other essential hatchery inputs.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends within the poultry farming landscape.
* Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand our customer base and enhance brand recognition.
* Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and manage resources effectively to ensure profitability.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the hatchery operations and related departments.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant animal welfare, biosecurity, and regulatory standards.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in a leadership role within the poultry or agricultural industry, with a strong understanding of hatchery operations.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans that have driven growth and profitability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
