Job Overview
Stephanie Nicholas Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our clients’ facilities, ensuring a professional and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
* Perform general housekeeping duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are always well-stocked and presentable.
* Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
* Tidy and organize client spaces, ensuring all items are in their designated places.
* Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
* Adapt to different client environments and specific cleaning requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar domestic assistant role.
* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Reliability and a punctual attendance record.
* Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage is an advantage.
