Job Overview

The Head of Operations will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management of all Pruvia Integrated Limited’s operational activities. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, managing diverse teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services that align with our company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and finances.
• Implement and maintain robust operational policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve peak performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Experience within the Nigerian business environment is highly desirable.
