## Job Overview

Alfred and Victoria Associates is seeking a highly strategic and accomplished Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and forecasting to risk management and financial reporting, ensuring the fiscal health and long-term prosperity of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment and a proven track record of financial leadership within the technology sector.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and growth targets.
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic allocation of resources.
* Oversee all financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial resources to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
* Develop and implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
* Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the executive leadership team to support informed decision-making.
* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.

## Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* In-depth knowledge of Nigerian accounting principles, tax laws, and corporate governance.
* Strong understanding of the ICT industry and its financial intricacies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
