Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for Stockgap Fuels Limited, managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual to handle inquiries, manage correspondence, and maintain a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized condition.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying and filing.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff.

  • Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or its equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
