## Job Overview

AppClick Technology is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Flutter Mobile App Instructor to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our aspiring mobile developers. This role is crucial in nurturing talent and ensuring our team and clients are equipped with the latest Flutter development skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging curriculum, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing mentorship to individuals eager to master cross-platform mobile development. ## Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop a comprehensive Flutter mobile app development curriculum tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
* Deliver engaging and informative instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps, both in-person and potentially remotely.
* Create practical coding exercises, projects, and assessments that reinforce learning and allow students to build real-world Flutter applications.
* Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and deepen their understanding of Flutter concepts.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and updates within the Flutter ecosystem and mobile development landscape.
* Facilitate a collaborative and supportive learning environment, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and problem-solving among trainees.
* Contribute to the development of training materials, including slide decks, documentation, and sample code.
* Evaluate trainee progress and provide reports on learning outcomes and skill development.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready mobile applications using Flutter.
* Strong understanding of Dart programming language, including its core concepts and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to teach technical subjects effectively, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Experience in curriculum development and creating engaging educational content.
* Familiarity with common mobile development patterns, architectures (e.g., BLoC, Provider, GetX), and state management solutions.
* Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
