Job Overview

The Business Operations Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing Waya Multilink’s banking and payment operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Nigerian financial landscape and a proven ability to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance customer experience within a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily banking and payment processing operations.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
