Job Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of Waya’s hardware assets, enterprise software solutions, and the operational integrity of our physical facilities. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and support within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of all IT hardware.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring their optimal performance and integration.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures related to hardware and software usage.
  • Supervise IT support staff and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, including upgrades and new system implementations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and facility-related services.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of Waya’s office facilities and IT infrastructure.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on hardware, enterprise applications, and facility operations.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, and common enterprise software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience with budgeting and vendor management.
