Job Overview

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of High Caliber Nigeria Limited’s vehicle fleet. This role requires a proactive individual with strong logistical and administrative skills to maintain the fleet’s operational readiness, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage associated costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing schedules for all company vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle insurance, registration, and licensing renewals.
  • Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel consumption.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, including mileage, maintenance history, and driver information.
  • Liaise with external vendors for repairs, parts, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure adherence to traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
  • Assist in accident reporting and claim processing.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet management or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
