Job Overview

The Shops Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and strategic direction of multiple Bet9ja shops within Abuja. This role demands a proactive approach to management, ensuring compliance with company policies, maximizing revenue, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will reside within the Abuja Municipal Area Council for optimal operational reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple Bet9ja shops.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Drive sales performance and achieve set revenue targets for all assigned outlets.
• Manage and motivate shop staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Implement customer service standards to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct regular shop audits and performance reviews.
• Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily takings.

Requirements

• Must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
• Must be female.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
