## Job Overview

Fairmoney Microfinance Bank is embarking on a significant expansion and is excited to announce multiple career openings across key locations in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking talented individuals to fill eight diverse positions, each playing a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional microfinance services. ## Key Responsibilities

* **Regional Manager – Recovery (RM-R):** Develop and implement effective recovery strategies, manage a team of recovery agents, and ensure targets for loan recovery are consistently met or exceeded, while maintaining ethical collection practices.
* **State Head – Aggregator Network:** Lead the development and management of our aggregator network, fostering strong relationships with partners and expanding our reach to underserved communities.
* **Internal Control Lead:** Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* **Sales Director – Business Banking:** Drive the growth of our business banking segment by developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
* **Relationship Manager – Business Banking:** Cultivate and manage relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
* **Internal Audit Officer:** Conduct independent and objective audits of financial and operational processes, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* **Business Intelligence Analyst:** Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business strategy, product development, and operational improvements.
* **[Additional Position to reach 8]:** Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

## Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
