Job Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization. This role is critical in facilitating the smooth execution of strategic initiatives as Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas expands its footprint in the downstream sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing and distributing as necessary.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on action items.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
