Job Overview

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships with existing accounts, and developing strategic sales plans. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Nigerian business landscape, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Spectranet’s advanced internet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve enterprise revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within target enterprise segments.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor Spectranet’s solutions to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment and enterprise needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
