Job Overview

As Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee capital projects and engineering initiatives across our Spanish operations. You’ll manage project lifecycles from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge combined with excellent project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and procurement
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in food manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Spanish and English
