## Job Overview

As a Commercial Data Analyst at Recore Limited, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets related to our commercial operations, market trends, and client performance. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing the overall commercial effectiveness of our organization.

## Key Responsibilities

* Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Perform in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations within commercial data.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to management and relevant teams.
* Analyze sales performance, market penetration, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and strategic advantage.
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives, such as new product launches, market entry strategies, or operational efficiency improvements.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for their objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on commercial performance against targets.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of data collection methodologies and analytical frameworks.

## Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a commercial or business development context.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar.
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable business implications.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
