Job Overview

The Canteen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of canteen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and cost-effectiveness. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing a busy service environment within Whassan Nigeria Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily canteen operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanup.
  • Supervise canteen staff, providing training, direction, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and control food costs.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
