Job Overview

The Station Manager will be responsible for the overall efficient and profitable operation of a designated fuel station, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, retail sales, and inventory control.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Supervise and train station staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage petty cash, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure station facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fuel or petroleum industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Basic financial management and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
