Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Solutions Consultant to join our APAC team. This role is integral to our client success strategy, focusing on the mid-market segment throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Operating within APAC business hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time), you will leverage your technical acumen and business insight to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Design and articulate tailored solutions that align with client objectives and our platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the pre-sales and onboarding phases.
  • Requirements

  • Residency in the Philippines with a valid work permit.
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of [mention relevant industry/technology, e.g., cloud computing, CRM, SaaS, specific software type].
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
