Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the consulting firm, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
* Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and client outcomes.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients and projects.
* Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of our consulting service offerings, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
* Represent Excel and Grace Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in a business management or leadership role, preferably within the consulting or financial services sector.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies and operational plans.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of client relationship management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of financial principles.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
