Job Overview

The Brewing Manager will oversee all aspects of the brewing process, ensuring the consistent production of premium-quality beer in accordance with International Breweries’ standards. This includes managing raw materials, optimizing brewing schedules, and leading the brewing team to achieve production targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day brewing operations, from raw material intake to finished product.
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality control measures and safety protocols.
  • Optimize brewing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the brewing department staff.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve any production issues.
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods, forecasting needs.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a brewing management role, preferably within the beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of brewing science, fermentation, and maturation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with brewing equipment and technology.
