Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement branch business plans, aligning with company objectives and strategies
* Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and business results
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and expansion
* Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, using insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation
* Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to drive growth and expansion

Requirements

* Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and business management
* Strong understanding of microfinance operations, including lending, credit assessment, and risk management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software, with excellent administrative and organizational skills
